As an Associate Project Manager specializing in Dual Occupancy Homes, you'll be at the forefront of our prebuild phase, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and seamless project delivery. Your role will be pivotal in meeting delivery deadlines and providing vital support to our Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer enquiries promptly via email and phone
  • Proactively reaching out to customers to enhance our service delivery
  • Maintaining detailed customer file notes for reference and updates
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
  • Assisting Customer Experience Coordinators with administrative tasks
