What You Will Be Working On

You'll be at the heart of our administrative operations, managing a diverse range of critical tasks that keep our service delivery running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating service reports and updates with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Booking and scheduling maintenance works
  • Supporting leadership teams with administrative tasks
  • Facilitating communication between customers, contractors, and internal teams
  • Supporting the Accounts function with reporting, customer invoicing and ad hoc tasks as required
  • Assisting the Facilities team with ad-hoc administration
