The Role

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, the role requires diversity and is accountable for performing the full function of Accounts Payable across the ABN Group. A key objective of this role is to ensure accurate and efficient processing in accordance with our service level agreements. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Processing a high volume of invoices
• Completion of invoice approval process
• Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Reconciliation of vendor payments
• Weekly/monthly payment process deadlines
• Ad hoc duties as required

Skills & Experience Prerequisites

• Previous experience in a high volume and fast paced Accounts Payable environment
• Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders with ease
• Intermediate Excel skills and knowledge of Navision Accounting System (desirable)
• Ability to work and contribute within a large team and have fun
• Excellent communicator
• High attention to detail and strong data entry skills
• Ability to prioritise own workload and demonstrate excellent time management skills
