The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Cabinet Maker Site Supervisor to lead and support our trades team in the installation of cabinetry, stone and glazing products. If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and work with a respected, high-performing team, this could be the role for you.

The Role

• Overseeing and facilitating timely, high-quality cabinet installations
• Representing The Maker’s reputation for excellence on every site
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver outstanding service
• Providing clear, solution-focused direction to trades
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in residential kitchen cabinetry and installation
• Solid understanding of the construction process
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Trade qualified cabinet maker + minimum 7 years’ industry experience
• Effective communicator
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Outlook)
• Commitment to a safe and positive work culture
• White Card and valid Driver’s Licence required
• Applicants must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
