What You Will Be Working On

As a Workplace Services Administrator, you’ll be the operational backbone of our workplace, ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering exceptional service experiences:

  • Create positive first impressions by managing new staff induction processes
  • Ensure timely resolution of workplace queries through expert management of the Facilities inbox
  • Coordinate essential services including mailroom operations, courier bookings and car park management
  • Collaborate with Social Club and Marketing teams to create memorable company events
  • Maintain the professional presentation and functionality of our Leederville office
  • Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
