About the Role 

At ABN, we’re undergoing a period of exciting transformation — and we’re looking for a People Business Partner who can support this journey. This is more than just a HR role; it's your opportunity to partner with leaders, coach for impact, and embed progressive people practices. 

Based in our vibrant Leederville head office, you'll collaborate closely with leaders across multiple portfolios, helping shape our performance culture and lift leadership capability across all levels. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as a strategic partner to leaders, providing guidance and delivering people solutions that drive engagement, performance, and growth
  • Coach leaders through complex or sensitive conversations with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
  • Support performance management initiatives that align with ABN’s transformation goals and foster a high-performance culture
  • Embed agility and continuous improvement in HR practices and leadership development programs
  • Enable change and support leaders through organisational transformation with a focus on long-term readiness and adaptability 

What You'll Bring 

  • Degree-qualified in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role, particularly within change-focused environments
  • A resilient, agile mindset and a passion for people-first HR practices
  • Strong capability to work across both strategic and operational HR
  • Natural coaching skills and the ability to build deep trust with stakeholders
  • Courage and confidence to support leaders through difficult conversations and organisational change
