What You Will Be Working On 

Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a vital part in improving operational efficiency, driving marketing effectiveness, and fostering innovation across our marketing community.  

Other key responsibilities include: 

  • Analyse market research, data and competitor activity to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvements 
  • Collaborate with teams including Design, Sales, Operations and Construction to develop and enhance products  
  • Monitor product performance and conduct regular reviews to identify improvement opportunities  
  • Enable best practice end-to-end marketing campaign planning, management and execution through development and improvement of processes 
  • Drive our development calendar to aid capability uplift across the Marketing community and recognise opportunities for people development  
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external agencies, ensuring performance is aligned with business priorities  

Who Will Be Successful 

You’re an experienced Marketing professional who is well versed across marketing operations, campaign management and execution. Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders across Marketing and the wider business will see you succeed in this role. 

You will have also demonstrated the following: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field 
  • Demonstrated experience in Marketing roles and successfully implemented improvement initiatives and efficiencies across marketing processes 
  • Exceptional understanding of brand positioning and marketing principles  
  • Project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with franchisees 
  • Analytical expertise to drive data-driven decisions and a change mindset to challenge the status quo 
  • Experience in residential construction is desirable, but not essential
