What You Will Be Working On
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a vital part in improving operational efficiency, driving marketing effectiveness, and fostering innovation across our marketing community.
Other key responsibilities include:
Analyse market research, data and competitor activity to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvements
Monitor product performance and conduct regular reviews to identify improvement opportunities
Enable best practice end-to-end marketing campaign planning, management and execution through development and improvement of processes
Drive our development calendar to aid capability uplift across the Marketing community and recognise opportunities for people development
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external agencies, ensuring performance is aligned with business priorities
Who Will Be Successful
You’re an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in campaign development, execution, and driving strategic outcomes. Your ability to lead initiatives, collaborate with key stakeholders, and deliver marketing activity that supports brand growth and quality enquiry generation will see you thrive in this role. You will have also demonstrated the following:
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Public Relations
Demonstrated experience in Marketing roles and successfully implemented improvement initiatives and efficiencies across marketing processes
Exceptional digital marketing and copywriting skills, with the ability to translate technical content into clear, engaging messaging for broader audiences
Analytical expertise to drive data-driven decisions and a change mindset to challenge the status quo
