What You Will Be Working On

As a Customer Experience Coordinator - Preconstruction, you will provide an awesome customer experience to our valuable customers throughout the Preconstruction stage of their building journey. You will be their first point of contact, field their queries and provide regular fortnightly updates throughout preconstruction until they are ready to commence construction.

You will be responsible for contributing towards Customer Experience led aspects of the preconstruction workflow being completed within the required timeframes to achieve our targets, whilst also maintaining a high level of customer care.

Some of the key tasks and responsibilities will include;

  • Act as a problem-solver by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
  • Schedule and facilitate all necessary customer meetings, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity of all customer-facing communication and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Sales Consultants, Workflow Coordinators, Drafting, Estimating, and other teams to anticipate customer needs and remove obstacles in the Preconstruction process.
  • Execution of Customer Experience based tasks critical to achieving operational targets within the required timeframe.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring customer concerns and opportunities to enhance the experience.
  • Meeting individual and team KPI targets

Our Coordinators have a natural ability to build great relationships with our customers and guide them through their building journey. You will need to be resilient, empathetic and an effective communicator to ensure our customers are heard and they are kept well informed.

Experience working in residential construction would be beneficial, however we can teach you everything you need to know through your onboarding over the first couple months. Working in Customer Experience can be fast paced at times, so your organisational and time management skills will need to be top notch. You will be joining a fun and dynamic Customer Experience team who will be there to help you learn the ins and outs!
